By using PartyPing, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them simple and fair. If you don't agree with something, please don't use the service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PartyPing.
• One person or legal entity per account, please.

PartyPing is designed for creating event invitations. Please use it responsibly:

• Do: Create invitations for parties, gatherings, weddings, and other events.
• Don't: Use PartyPing for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or anything that violates others' rights.
• Don't: Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.

You own the content you create on PartyPing (event titles, descriptions, images you upload). By using our service, you give us permission to display and distribute that content to your guests and anyone you share your event link with.

• Free features are free forever — no bait and switch.
• Pro subscriptions and Event Passes are billed as described at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

We strive to keep PartyPing running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to give advance notice when possible.

You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for a violation, you won't be entitled to a refund.

PartyPing is provided "as is." We do our best to make it reliable, but we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use good judgment and back up any important information.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
